"This office is the best option to use for your insurance needs :) I had a unique situation and the woman assisting me, Katie, was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me through the process. She explained everything clearly and efficiently & she made sure that I understood my options completely. When asked, she was happy to share advice on how to proceed - and as a young woman without much insurance knowledge, I was beyond grateful for her guidance. I would also like to note that in the past, when initially setting up my plan through them, I also had a great experience with the help of Justin. I appreciate that their excellent level of care remains consistent. Additionally, I feel like the insurance rates are priced very fairly and I was pleased with how easy it was to call the office and quickly be helped by an actual employee vs. an automated machine. I highly recommend using them!"
