"I've had multiple Vehicles insured with Tiffany map insurance in the last 6 years or more nothing but a pleasant experience dealing with these people you walk away with a good feeling I'm not crazy about paying insurance but it's required by law and these people don't make you feel bad while you're doing it and my rates have been more than reasonable over the years Tiffany Tim Michelle Jenna they're all good people and a few I haven't named if they're still there which I'm sure they are it's a good job good people to work with and I would recommend them to anybody thanks again Tiffany map. The last few occasions that I have called I've dealt directly with Jenna and spoke briefly one-on-one not even concerning Insurance just casual conversation while the business was being taken care of and it was the most pleasant experience try it if you don't believe me I'm really bad with names but Justin and Katie I've dealt with both of them too the whole office has a pleasant attitude and you have a good feeling when you're done with the call not only did you pay your bill you got the human touch with it or any other problem you might have that you need the human touch for"

"My insurance payment was behind and Jenna shared with me that State Farm had a program that would help catch up and l would not have a lapse in coverage once approved. Jenna called me this afternoon and told that l have been approved until May to catch up. I was relieved. Thank you Jenna for your great customer service attitude in helping customers like me."

"This was my first time working with State Farm. I am well please about the substantial savings (nearly $300/month) Michelle Jackson was able to recover for me and my family.
